2. Is it possible to see my cover on someone else’ s music?
The cover you choose is totally yours. It is unique. Nobody else can buy the same cover.
When you download the artwork, it disappears from our gallery!
You will not see it used on somebody else’s music. If you do, please let us know
3. What do I get when I buy my cover from Music-Artwork.com?
When your download completes you will own 5 images (jpg format):
- a 3.000×3.000 px file – suitable for digital music distribution platforms (cd baby, soundcloud, tunecore, etc.)
- a 500×500 px file – suitable for your digital communication (social media, e-mail, newsletters, etc.)
- a CD size file – 12×12 cm (4,7×4,7 inch) & 300 dpi, suitable for printing the cover of your physical jewel case CD
- a vinyl size file – 32×32 cm (12×12 inch) & 300 dpi, suitable for printing the cover of your physical vinyl disc
- a Facebook cover file – 851 px width × 315 px height, suitable for the top of your Facebook page/profile
Please note that if you want to make physical discs, you need to design the rest of the artwork. We only provide the image of the cover (front) in high/printable quality.

4. I like your artistic quality, can you design my cover with my own image on?
Unfortunately, we are not able to help you on this at the moment…
5. Can I put text on the cover and then use it?
Sure – you can!
6. What if I would like you to add text on the cover?
With some extra charge we can send you all the files of the artwork you bought with your name and title on.
7. How can I use the artwork I get from Music-Artwork.com?
When you download your cover from Music-Artwork.com, you are buying a standard licence that allows you to use the file for any personal, business or commercial purposes that are not otherwise restricted by the licence (check out the full content licence agreement).
This means that, apart from your music cover (album or single), you can also use your cover in (related to your music) advertising, marketing, apps, websites, social media, TV and films, presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, packaging etc.
You are allowed to print your cover as many times as you like.
You are allowed to use the designs to create (and sell) memorabilia for your music.
If you decide to use the artwork for prints in large format (banner, poster etc.), we suggest that you use the Vinyl size file.
8. I am not a musician. Can I use the artwork in other ways?
If you are not a musician but you like our designs, you can buy them and use them in other ways!
You can print the high resolution files* to decorate your walls, or make a T-shirt, a bag, a cup, etc. Don’ t forget that you are the exclusive owner of the artwork you buy! But, you are not allowed to print the designs and then sell objects, if these are not a part of music promotion.

9. Who created my cover?
You either credit Music-Artwork.com for the artwork of your music or send us an e-mail and ask us to tell you the name of the artist who made your cover.
In your e-mail please remember to send us the image ID (the number of the artwork). If you have lost that ID, attach and send the 500×500 file to us.
Please note: Images (photos, vectos etc) that we use to create our covers are licensed by the creators/distributors/platforms to be used for our artwork.
Every cover is made for and sold only on Music-artwork.com.
10. What if I want to return the artwork and get my money back?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. However, we always strive to make every one of our customers satisfied, so feel free to contact us if you have questions. For more information please read our “Terms and Conditions”.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa and Paypal.
Please note: Card networks like Visa and MasterCard charge fees (known as ‘interchange’) to process card payments. These processing fees vary depending on the kind of card you use and where it was issued. All prices are in EUR.
12. How secure is my payment information?
All payment information is encrypted and secured.
13. What if my download fails?
In case of a download failure please try again. If nothing happens, contact us and let us know. If the file is downloaded completely but your software program is not able to open it, try again using another program. If you still experience problems please contact us.
Please also contact us if your files are damaged or have other problems.
